My expertise is specific to areas of law such as Commercial and Business law, this also includes: employment law, contracts disputes, commercial dispute resolution (breach of contract assistance in drafting a contract), litigation and company secretary matters
- Under some circumstances, we can represent you at a hearing/trial if your claim does not exceed £10,000.00. If you are a company, we can represent you even if your claim exceeds £10,000.00; however, it is not guaranteed, and specific Court rules apply (The Civil Procedure Rules 1998)

- We will help you to file a lawsuit in accordance with the relevant procedure
- We will outline in detail the essence of your claim against the defendant and the amount of damage or compensation and/or any other remedy being sought
If proceedings have already commenced against you or your company, we will help you to draw up a formal defence, maximising and elaborating the effective elements to a successful outcome, including advising you to file a counterclaim if there are grounds for this.
